Paletha Waddell
Paletha serves as the Outreach Pastor for the Measuring Line Ministry and the Senior Pastor for the City of Refuge Community Center. He is married to Sandra Waddell, an author, Evangelist, intercessor, and prayer warrior. Sandra is the mother of their four children and grandmother of seven grandchildren.
Professionally, Paletha is a certified test inspector and has been employed at SEW Eurodrive for over 35 years. He is passionate about serving the community and holds a bachelor’s degree in theology.
Paletha leads a girls' mentoring group that meets at the church twice a month, and there are plans to start a boys' mentoring group in the near future, also meeting twice a month. He was the first pastor to hold Bible study sessions at Westgate Mall and taught Bible study at a local assisted living facility for over five years.
At the end of each year, he organizes food deliveries for those in need. He has also established a food pantry at the church to support individuals in the community who require assistance.
The ministry's goal is to provide support, mentorship, workshops, and programs for youth to help them feel connected, supported, and part of a strong community.
Every Sunday morning, Paletha leads worship services at The Measuring Line ministry, beginning at 10:30 a.m. In addition, Sandra Waddell leads a monthly prayer service called "Rollcall."
